Position Summary: 

We’re looking for an experienced healthcare sales professional who is comfortable interfacing with everyone from researchers to board members. Your job will be to seek out and create strategic win-win partnerships between Segmed and healthcare providers, with a focus on providers in Europe. This position is an opportunity to be innovative, resourceful, and to explore motivations all across the healthcare system to seek out the best partnerships for us. You will be reporting directly to the chief executive officer. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Source leads and contact new potential healthcare partners in the E.U. for Segmed

  • Build and maintain lasting positive relationships between Segmed and healthcare partners

  • Research to understand differing motivations between different industry segments, and pitch accordingly. Experiment to find out what works best. 

  • Develop and deliver presentations and sales materials

  • Serve as a main point of contact and answer questions for new potential partners

  • Document and track your process so that it can be reproduced

  • Other ad hoc responsibilities to support the company’s objectives, as required in this fast paced startup

  • Travel (domestic and global) may be required

Required Qualifications:

  • Located in an E.U. timezone

  • Experience in medical sales or similar - selling into healthcare institutions

  • Understand healthcare ecosystems and medical and research partnerships

  • Knowledge of relevant healthcare datasets, such as DICOM data and EHR

  • Knowledge of HIPAA and GDPR regulations

  • Superior attention to detail and excellent communicator, both interpersonal and written 

  • Well organized and able to juggle many projects at once

  • Hands-on service-oriented approach, flexible and proactive towards adapting partners’ needs

  • Enjoy working remotely

Extras

  • Medical AI / data science experience in industry or research

  • MD, DO, or PhD degree

  • Medical marketing experience

  • Experience with healthcare datasets, including DICOM data and EHR
